However, the properties we offer tend to be Spanish resale rather than new homes as these represent, in our opinion, superior value for money. As a result, there is no aggressive selling involved and you will be able to take possession as soon as the legal process has been completed; a matter of weeks rather than several months.

Our Overseas department is based in our Hazlemere office, and is fronted by Karen Green whose “have laptop can travel” working style means that she is able to work anywhere and is even able to accompany clients on inspection trips to Spain if required.
