Unlike other agencies, the Rentals Agency of Philip Green Lettings Limited was launched in January 2002 by Philip Green to complement the existing estate agency. In view of this, our Lettings Agency is a separate company structure not a subsidiary and stands alongside our Estate Agency division and is one of the major companies in the area.

Our dedicated rentals office is situated in High Wycombe in a prominent location with closely proximity to the railway station.

Philip Green Lettings covers the entire property spectrum, from studio flats, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments, 2 & 3 bedroom terraced and semi detached houses, 3 & 4 bedroom detached properties to large country property in the surrounding villages. We service the same catchments as our Prestwood, Hazlemere and Stokenchurch branches.

We at Philip Green Lettings Agency appreciate that your property is an important asset and our main concern is to ensure that, as such, your property is well looked after. We consider ourselves to be “property people” not just a Lettings agent.

We offer 3 levels of service to Landlords: Introduction, Rental Collection and Full Management as well as a maintenance service and a comprehensive insurance package through Letsure and Homelet.

The rentals market place is competitive; hence it is vital that your property is not only presented in the best possible way to attract potential Tenants but that the rental value is both fair yet realistic.

All our staff are based locally and possess the necessary in-depth knowledge and experience to assist you in the marketing of your property and are on hand to provide you with free no obligation impartial advice on all aspects from preparation of your property and preparation of your Tenancy Agreement to your legal obligations as a landlord.

All rental properties are widely advertised with full laser colour photographs as soon as we receive instruction, not only in our High Wycombe office but also our 3 sister offices in Hazlemere, Prestwood & Stokenchurch.  Properties are also advertised in the only recognised local paper – The Bucks Free Press and feature on our website within approximately 15 minutes following instruction and, via national property portals such as -

Every viewing by prospective tenants is Accompanied

Full Credit Check
A full credit check and employment referencing is automatically carried out by one of our experienced staff on any potential Tenant to ensure that rent will be paid on time and that the term of the Tenancy will run as smoothly as possible. Furthermore, a rent guarantee scheme is available through the Letsure & Homelet insurance products we offer.
